Commercial Spaces NZ is a New Zealand CRE developer focused exclusively on medical and healthcare commercial property. Unlike a general real estate agency, we do not list generic offices or retail tenancies. We work on one thing: finding the right premises and investment opportunities for the people who deliver healthcare.
Our clients are medical and dental practitioners, allied-health providers, specialist groups, diagnostic imaging operators, day-surgery teams and pharmacy retailers. Many are securing their first dedicated premises; others are expanding a multi-site practice or consolidating a clinic into a purpose-fit medical centre. We also work with healthcare investors and wholesale funds seeking exposure to the stable, long-lease income profile that medical tenancies tend to deliver across the Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch markets.
